That's very interesting,I didn't know that flamenco could be performed with just a guitar. I knew the guitar was important but always thought a dancer was needed. Is there a museum in Seville dedicated to the history of flamenco? Both the guitar and the dance.

The Flamenco Museum in Seville opened a year ago, but I have not seen it yet. You can be sure it's first on my list when I return in December! Meanwhile, their excellent website is in English, so you can read all about it at http://www.flamencomuseum.com.
